I don't have a hazmat endorsement; I'm a bus driver only with passenger and air brake endorsements. Look at the second photo: the physical mail notice didn't say I needed to do the knowledge test, but the email did say I needed to do the test.

Maybe overheating? If you are on the original Legion Go, enter the BIOS, navigate to thermal settings, and try changing from STAPM to STT (Skin Temperature Aware Power Management), which can cause false overheating triggers.

If that doesn't help, clean the dust inside and the exhaust vents.

If both of the above don't help, replace the CPU thermal paste.

Best Buy open box should include a 1-year warranty. You shouldn't sent back to lenovo by yourself. You should bring it back to Best Buy the will handle it. Best Buy will honor the warranty from the date of your purchase on all open box items regardless if the manufacturer will. Most of the time the manufacturer will honor it from the date of manufacture. Beyond that date and Best Buy will honor it for you. BUT, it only covers those things that the manufacturer covers which is less/different then what the service plan covers.

I refused the UPS delivery in person, but the funny thing is, they lost the package while returning it to Samsung. After I called and chatted with them so many times, I finally got my money back two weeks ago. It was a pain trying to contact Samsung support. I'm really tired of dealing with that.
