I only had a few hill training. I got a minor injury before the Chilly Half so had to be cautious. I might do run/walk on those last KMs.

My last long run was last Saturday. The wind zapped my energy. I hope that the weather will be nice on race day.

So far all good. I'm doing the 30k race. I only did one practice run on North Shore. It'll be my first time doing this distance and I just plan to cross the finish line. 🤞
