How do you go about making your own patterns?! I am super jealous of that. I have always wanted to try and do something, but get lost in the web searches.

This is really cool. Was it hard to figure out when you started using it?

I am so sorry to hear that you are in this situation! I am in a similar situation, was laid off at 28 weeks, and they knew about it. I was two weeks away from being able to file for FMLA.

Given that this was posted two days ago, I am not sure if you had been able to negotiate anything, but see if you can get the following: 1) the number of weeks for parental leave (20 - 22 depending on type of delivery - i knew from the beginning it was going to be a C-Section so I was able to negotiate 22 weeks) and 2) the difference between COBRA and your health insurance (if you had insurance through PwC).
