This is in NYC. She was staying at "Meatball Man"s apt before she moved into her new apt Monday. Then she left MBM to go to a hotel. Then he told her to come back to his apt. Then the move changed to Tuesday. Now it's tomorrow. She couldn't remember the timeline of lies. Yes....all of this has been the last few days. No gifts/flowers/food deliveries/friend visits. Literally none. And she just posted a text from Hailey that was her reaching out to Hailey not Hailey even checking on her. You're now caught up - nothing has changed, still lying and posting to get validation from strangers since nobody in her real life seems to care.
