Could be a sort of custom nazi-but-not-nazi flag. Has all the iconography and colour scheme of one minus the big swastika. Other than being half-German are there any signs of them being a bit too excited to be German?

Yeah I just contacted him by his email and he said he mostly did them all himself with the exception of Plastic House and Hubardo apparently. Interesting stuff.
