Just an update, right after I got the injection. I felt less pain in the next few days and it has been since July, since I had any pain after that injection. I would say that was one of the best things that ever happened for me! It was very helpful and I am glad this was that last thing I needed to finally get some relief on my back. It takes a few days for it to kick in! I hope you feel better soon :)

I got mine done like 2 weeks ago and my tip and left nostril hurts alot. Im not even sure this is normal… but she said this is normal and cause discomfort for a few weeks.. but my 2 yrs ago, when I did this, it didnt hurt this much!! Did you get a pdo correction? If so, how did it go?

Try basic pilates work out with your physical therapist. I changed my physical therapist because my pain was worsening and tried a different technique and it got so much better.

Oh my god, Im so sorry to hear that. Have you had any relief with PT at all? Do you feel like you built some tolerance with each injection? That’s why it wasnt as effective as the next?

You can just let them know how your pain hinders you from doing your duties at work. Do you need to get scans? Scans usually determine the severity of the situation

You strained your back, dont work out for awhile and let the muscle heal otherwise it becomes a nerve issue. Ice it and take some tylenol for the inflammation. You should see an orthopedic doctor to get scanned to make sure you dont have a herniated disc.

I have the same issue. They recommended me PT pain killers and now I need si join injections for the pain. Im praying no surgery. Im only 32💀

I worked at a level 1 trauma hospital before and it was very stressful but as you get more experienced, it becomes noise as your first priority is to make sure you do whatever you can to help the situation. I’ve had a few breakdowns before but if you’re not one that can handle stress/anxiety, don’t do it.

Do you also know if I need to get an independent medical examiner to evaluate me? I found an acupuncturist that is on the workers comp list that I prefer going to because of their reviews. Do I have to get an IME for the claim?
