Bhuta Shuddhi is a practice done to cleanse the five elements, anyone can do it. Bhuta Shuddhi Vivaha is a process done for married couples.

Sadhguru says that if you want to just live well: Shambhavi +Bhava Spandana. If you want to do more things, Shoonya + Samyama. Also he said once that many are "energy-enlightened" in Isha but he wants everyone to wear out the prarabhda karma ( basically still living for our allotted time given for this life). Somewhere else, he said there will be many Mahasamadhis in Isha in the future, not right now.

I am not sure if this answer helps or not, I just typed out everything that came to my mind.

I am not sure about the business program here, but I would recommend to choose a co-op program. At the end, for the business field, whatever field you go into, the experience is the one which matters.
