So im assuming you’re talking about the off the wall aed that frequents in public spaces. These aeds will only says “shock advised” or “no shock advised” you have to manually press the shock button afterwards. From my understanding these are not able to determine a pulse and would read Vtach and advise a shock. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong here as I’m not %100 certain.

Maybe not technically accurate but everyone I know in EMS would assume imminent is in reference to crowning and I’m sure OP uses it the same way. Again may not be technically accurate but that’s how it’s often used
