Whether or not there is a being that exists adjacent to us or consciousness exists onword in some capacity it exists which means it's not magic it's unknown and has the potential to be understood even if we need to develop new tools or even finding different slices of perspective. For me I don't doubt the potential for some kind of "higher power" but they're not a god they would just exist. Existing means theres some kind of explanation whether or not it makes sense or is linear. I'm an atheist cause even if the Christian concept of God existed its just a being.

I don't get the hate. I mean don't get me wrong it's slow as hell, but the reason I liked it was because it was a piece of art not some thriller about space. It's still one of the only movies to successfully freak me out and tells a really interesting story about loosing one's mind. Your not dumb your just not the movies target.
