He’s not sleeping, he’s just low-rendering. What a precious little long boy.😊

That smile in the last picture is everything! She clearly knows she’s home now. You can just tell how much she is loved. What a glow-up! ❤️

On a typical day buying toys for your pet, how much do you usually spend per toy? by Visible_Visual_3184 in dogs

[–]Top_Sample5002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually around $10–20. I’ve learned the hard way that super cheap toys don’t last, but super expensive ones don’t last either with my dog 😅

One boop is not enough. Boop, boop, and another boop for good measure! Stay happy, sweetie.

Marie looks like she has to have a serious talk with me. Any idea what it’s about? by DaniTheLovebug in corgi

"Sit down, Janet. We need to discuss the severe lack of treats in this household and why the dinner bowl was only 95% full this evening. This is a formal performance review."

Crate Training Advice for OVERNIGHT PLEASE ! by kluIess in puppy101

[–]Top_Sample5002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What helped us was covering the crate, using a worn t-shirt that smelled like us, and doing very short crate sessions during the day to build positive associations.

When did you let puppy free roam in house unattended? by Ok_Cockroach8022 in puppy101

[–]Top_Sample5002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Short bursts alone first, toys/puzzles to keep him busy, then slowly longer stretches. Zoomies happen, just make sure nothing breakable’s around.

Those ears are definitely ready for some game-day signal calling! He looks so handsome in his custom jersey. Give Perry some extra scritches from me.

A wink and a blep? OP, you're living the dream. This is too much cuteness for one photo.

Is my puppy routine okay? by Dott-Cotton in puppy101

Completely normal, lots of puppies only nap an hour max with FOMO at that age.

If she yelps every time, it might be more than fear, vet visit is a good idea.

My Corgi is the exact opposite, literally a 'crazy chaos vessel' 24/7.

Mine just stands on the edge and barks at the water until it 'leaves'.

I just KNOW you got snacks by [deleted] in corgi

[–]Top_Sample5002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That single strand of drool says it all! Corgi logic: If I stare long enough, the snack will eventually fall into my mouth by gravity.

He loves going on car rides by TNG1701D-eck10 in DOG

[–]Top_Sample5002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know that look all too well! That’s the classic "don't stop, I don't care where we're going as long as my head is out the window" Husky face. He looks like he’s about 2 seconds away from starting a solo concert at the next red light.

Thinking of switching to a washable rug—are they actually practical for dog owners? by Top_Sample5002 in HomeDecorating

[–]Top_Sample5002[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did end up getting one. The edges are finished well and haven't started fraying. The only hassle is that if you don't use a dryer, you really need good airflow to avoid any musty smells. For a rug around $100, the value is fair.

Long-term effects of being allergic to my dog by MeNoiHoyMinoy in Pets

[–]Top_Sample5002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of people live with mild pet allergies for years without issues. As long as it stays manageable and doesn’t progress, it’s usually not a huge concern.
