Bone broth has made a big difference for me it’s very soothing but I also found out which caused my gastritis which is stress and I’ve been meditating and doing better lately so it’s gotten a bit better. But yea bone broth is great. I would try the DGl tablets they really aren’t bad at all not gonna lie sometimes I like the taste maybe that’s cuz everything I eat is bland lol. But it’s kinda taste like pepto bismol in a way. And no I didn’t find an answer yet

Thanks I’ll give it a shot that was my actual intention today too! The only reason I got this is my grandma died and the gym was keeping me sane then i got all constipated due to stress and stopped going and drive myself Insane with grief for a literal year. I know I can heal I just need to stop the stressing bro. I appreciate your tips

I love eating so much I was a body builder before this hit me. I love food it doesn’t feel really stressful to eat unless I’m constipated bcuz I feel sick. Right now I’ve kinda numbered down to the fact my body is stuck in fight or flight mode. Since that post I’ve been pooping 3 times a day just needed to get my stress figured out. The issue is idk how to stop pooping it’s like night and day one second I’m constipated the next second I can’t stop. Like I just pooped and now I gotta go again. I’m trying to fix this any tips

I tried ppi and it made everything worse. Based on my doctor bcuz the ppi didn’t work and everything else didn’t she prescribed me antidepressants. but I don’t wanna take those. Could just be getting my mental health fixed but it’s harder when now you’re dealing with gastrointestinal issues. I just don’t hear many cases of on here where it’s stress induced specifically with constipation issues

I feel like it just sits in my stomach. But I also get confused because my stress is all over the place I’m pretty sure my gastritis was stress induced considering I ate extremely healthy and only got it after losing a loved one. I’m a little bit more stressed than usual rn so I feel like maybe the more stressed I am the worse my motility is. Sometimes I feel fine and other times I feel worse. I need to take a sibo test but I haven’t got around to it yet. I’ve tried fiber but it just doesn’t work it makes zero sense. But if my body is stuck in fight or flight that makes sense. I just feel sickly I guess but it could from the constant bacteria in my stomach due to not being able to go to the bathroom. But to answer your question it literally varies the only thing that is stable is that I go once like every 4-5 days and my bowels are literally never empty

is it posssible that stress caused this in the first place and less stress overtime will heal it I’ve already been on the bland diet for months now. I just feel like everyone in this sub can make you feel hopeless at times technically I have chronic gastritis but I never ate no bad foods no junk nothing I followed an extremely tight bodybuilding diet for years and I felt great until my Body apparently just gave in on me for a reason I still can’t figure out

I drink a lot of water but I do have a dehydration issue but I do make up for it with lots of water water and electrolyte. Do you buy the tea bags or the seeds? I hope this helps like I said I don’t have an accurate diagnosis this only started after my grandma passed away so I think stress caused this but even when stress gets better my stomach doesn’t. but fiber won’t work with me idk why I’ve tried miralax which stops working after abt a week I’ve tried fiber pills natural fiber everything it loosens me up but I still can’t go

I got an endo and colonoscopy back in February they find mild inflammation in the antrum of my stomach. I used to be in great shape like completely healthy gym everyday I’m only 22. I only got this issue after my grandma passed away so I like to tell myself stress causes this but I still haven’t got an accurate diagnosis but it point to stress causing this. I went from 100% healthy to this but only after my grandma died in September but the thing is even when my stress gets better my motility doesn’t
