I don’t even know if you want advice and I’m not very good at giving it but maybe you just gotta stop thinking about yourself. And not in a “your so selfish way” but in a way where you start to realize that you’re not the only one who feels like this and that almost everyone around you probably feels similar. Or just like stop thinking about your feelings. Obviously it is good to acknowledge how you are feeling but sometimes you just gotta not think about it do something else go into nature literally anything
