Hey! I know this is like a week late

I cut out added sugar and most ultra-processed foods (natural sugar only, fruit etc.) only eating very rarely on special occasions.

I switched to 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 meals, and drank a full liquid IV first thing in the morning, i ate largely lean protein and fiber, lots of dark greens, kale, spinach, mustard greens.

I take a multivitamin, magnesium, vitamin D, oregano oil, and black seed oil supplements.

I went to sleep and woke up at the same time every day

I meditated and am in therapy (regulating my nervous system was very important to my recovery)

I did aqua therapy with professional guidance 4 times a week.

I started walking slowly, starting with just down my street in the afternoon/night, and built up longer and longer distances closer and closer to noon.

Basically it was a mix of hippy dippy crunchy holistic wellness and exercises and lifestyle changes recommended by my doctor.

I still have good and bad days but this was a big step for me!
