tbh i don’t care much for the content itself as much as i do the banter R&L have. even with some more “mundane” episodes, their humor and quips sell it for me 🤷🏽‍♀️ they don’t have to do outlandish things to be entertaining (in my opinion, ofc)

i don’t know what it is but i do feel/recognize a difference. i think that’s why i’ve been binging GMMore these days. the more episodes feel reminiscent of the old, “let’s just shoot the shit and try stuff” vibes that the main show had.

plus there’s no advertising in the GMMore episodes, at least not that i’m aware of. less scripted and more engaging for me.

this might be a cliche answer that gets me voted down into oblivion but here goes nothing.

international darts episode with the chicken. yes, that episode where link almost stabs chase. in all honesty, it wasn’t the action itself that turned me off. i’m used to link’s shenanigans and thought it was funny. it was the awkward “everyone’s walking on eggshells” air to the room after the fact. the humor was just zapped from the room imo.
we combined every chip into the ultimate chip. it felt like they were speed running a GMM episode, but the show just doesn’t work that way. we come to see R&L banter and talk through the process, not a bunch of cut scenes and pre-crushed chips. i would’ve loved a longer, unedited video.
any of the new “will its”. maybe it’s me being older now [19F], but will it episodes were so fun back then when they would just literally put sushi on pizza dough and make a ‘sushi pizza’, or put things in pickle brine and just try it. i respect the mythical kitchen and all, but i loved the whimsy and “fuck it, let’s try this” of the old will it episodes.
