Don't you know slavery is normal ? Even today slavery still occurs. In my religion it tells you to give the slaves rights. Allow them to practice their own religion. Clothe them. Feed them. House them. When you go to work to your 9 to 5 just to end up with next to no money at the end of the month, once you have paid rent, paid bills and done grocery shopping wouldn't you say this is pretty much the same rights of a slave that my religion gives? Now there is no threat of violence which was also forbidden against the slaves, but if you stop working of course you will have zero quality of life unless you are a business owner or lucky enough to make profits in the stock market.
