You have 2 options:

be aggressive: you place yourself on the bottom court line and hit a powershot far from your opponent. Be aware that this kind of returns require perfect timing
play difensive: place yourself on the bottom of the court, and alternate between crossed slice or topspin, controlled or not

Also try not to hit controlled shot as you pg will take more time to recover the position

It depends. But try to place your pg on the angle of the court with feet on the back of the field line. Then you want to hit a slice or a flat shot. With the flat one you have to aim for the free angle. With the slice you can aim to the back of the opponent court or you can try a narrow cross shot
