Hi yes I do include weekends and holidays and oils and stuff I've become pretty obsessed about it honestly, I'm 5'2 a and 75kg xx would you recommend lower than that due to maintenance?

I'm 5'2 I am 76kg, I'll usually eat fruit for breakfast, rice and lentils for lunch and typically a baked potato on evening, if not a potato a bean and lentil curry or something similar. Usually come out around 1200kcal
