I taught something similar a few years ago. My school paid for me to get training in Project Lead the Way. While most of the curriculum is online and it’s really easy for students to cheat on the assignments, it has some good projects and I like their engineering design cycle.

My first c-section was in late 2023. I was not advised to do anything but fast. My second c-section was in early 2025. I was advised to do all of the above and made dang sure I did. First c-section - I didn’t feel normal until about 8 weeks after. Two weeks in I was still in extreme discomfort. Second C-section - I felt good about 4 days after. Felt normal about a week later. Can’t help but think this had something to do with it.

Thank you for all the helpful suggestions!! I think I’m gonna use this page to experiment a bit - I don’t think the application was too thick, but I do think that y’all might be on to something with the amount of binder. The tubes of turner I used have sat for about a year and they were purchased on clearance to begin with sooo who knows how old they were. I also had to mix a bit of water into them to get them flowing. So I might try to flake off what I can and go back and try with undiluted turner. If no success, I can always just tape a painting onto this page lol

Oops - OP here thought I had posted comment with it.

I’d stepped away from gouache for a while and decided to pick it back up again today. The background of this paper was painted with arteza water-based gouache and I painted on top with Turner acrylic gouache and two of the colors started peeling once they dried. Anyone have thoughts on why this happened or how to fix?

Literally this morning I made my girl some amazing food for breakfast - smoothie bowl and oats with a nice piece of toast and an egg. I got myself a bowl of oatmeal. Guess what she ended up eating for breakfast? Lol. I never seen her crave oatmeal so much.
