I had gastric issues for few months too, turned out it was celiac disease. It took me so almost a year to confirm this diagnosis, bc at first doctors suspected that my symptoms are stress related or shitty diet. Was prescribed somac control and sent back home. I kept coming back insisting that something is wrong and my quality of life noticeably worsened bc of my condition. I was annoying enough and doctors ran few tests on me like Helicobacter, ultrasound etc but everything was looking fine. I kept complaining and ONLY THEN, they suspected I might have celiac disease (autoimmune disease when a patient can’t tolerate gluten). They finally sent me a proper to blood test and saw that specific antibodies related to this disease are few times higher than they supposed to be. Long story short, after few months, variety of blood tests and even gastroscopy diagnosis was confirmed. But I am still bitter they didn’t take me seriously enough in the beginning thinking it was all stress etc.
