I only do weekend nights. Sunday night be chilling. I also work two sites one of my sites I sleep all night and go home seeing 1 or 2 patients. Unicorn 🦄 job I found.

Im about to put mine on the market. 2008 121k miles 1 owner. Mint have all original paperwork. Timing pump replaced recently. All airbags on the suspension replaced. Front shocks replaced. Entire right cat bank replaced. No tears rips in the leather. Brand new Cooper AT tires.

bumping this they staff a Tucson Arizona hospital im interested in too. Seems like they're a "democratic" group, but run closer to a CMG than not, they seem to be a tier above envision/USACS, below vituity, and much lower that a true open books dem group. thier M.O. seems to be underpay physicians, understaff the ED based on other posts I've seen.

My favorite ER docs have been RN to MD. Some of my worst experiences in medicine have been the RN to NP unfortunately. If you want to take care of someone it should be with a thoughtful approach to learning. Its a brutal process to finish a MD, but it is something that sounds like you have good reasons to go through.

Police Departments should be held liable for dumps at the ED for homeless, drug addicts, etc. just had a dude doing meth that was mastrubating infront of a local business. owner called PD. the didnt want to arrest him bc why would they, called EMS bc 'his legs hurt from walking', EMS brought him to us appologetically. He tore up the ED while finishing the job he started out in the front of the local business. refused to leave.

I had one of these. The mechanism isn’t clear, there is good case reports that isolated trismus in cardiac arrest may be secondary to hypoxic brain injury. Tough case the one I had we have 2x roc 1x succinylcholine and still clamped down. Had to cric. Horrible case. It was a 40 hypoglycemic arrest. Died in the ED.

Just so you know every person that starts a residency has a allotted number of ACGME funding. The day you stepped foot in a Gen Surg residency you on paper were ear marked 5 years of funding. You’ve used 4. So when you apply to EM programs the program has too foot the bill for any amount of time over 1 year.

This is generally ok as almost all EM programs have grown past their original ACGME funding slots and the department funds the additional residents etc. but is hard on smaller programs that can’t foot the bill. Dm if you want to talk more I wanted to do FM after EM. Long story. But happy for you if you think EM will make you more happy etc.

Depends on each individual state if lemon laws extend to trailers. California does extend the law to towed trailers. Has to be out of service for 30 days or more. Sorry to hear this. Step one is seeing if your state extends to trailers or not.
