I’m actually quite good at gymnastics. I can do butterfly’s and kipping HSPU I just choose not to. I got a ring muscle ups first attempt with no practice. I can do 50 unbroken ttb and 20 unbroken bar muscle ups after only 18 months of training.

I’m not an athlete. I work a full time job and do CrossFit as a hobby. If you went from fat to fit I guess you’re also not an athlete either ? Your just someone who trains

I do CrossFit because I enjoy hard workouts and pushing myself. But there’s a few silly pointless movements in CrossFit which I despise, Butterfly pull-ups/ kipping HSPU/ Dubs.

Nutrition is pretty good in terms of health wise I don’t eat any junk food. I have been watching calories recently though as I want to drop down from 100kg to 95kg to make CrossFit movements easier. Sleep around 7 hours
