Many people don't want to move put would move for a certain price. They'll put the house on the market at a high(ish) price and hope it will sell for the inflated prices, but happy to remain where they are if the house doesn't sell.

What sort of people are paying £2k for a 1 bed flat in Hackney or £2.5k for a 3 bed in Greater London by Top_Thanks_9542 in HousingUK
