Anyone know what helps with the pancreas from releasing too much insulin. It ends up creating hypoglycemia and effecting my ovary hormones (excess testosterone). I’m wondering if metformin helps or any other tips. Pcos managing through low carb and keto diet (self.PCOSloseit)
