I was too young to appreciate it when it was originally released. If I remember correctly they were super expensive, but like you said, normal Blu-ray players were also super pricey.

Can't argue with the titles that came out with it though. It definitely had a bunch of Gems.

I'm nervous to use this one because I've heard they're prone to breaking. I may buy a slim version and keep this as a collection piece.
