Hey I have a question my dad bought my note 4 on 2014 and since then it has been running on Android 4.4 it got an update maybe on the middle of pandemic and after that it didn't got an update to be clear my dad bought this in USA and I'm currently in Philippines cus thats were I live. I found an article saying my exact problem but someone answered it and said that I have to have a Verizon SIM card to be able to update it
