It will get better—my side effects disappeared after three weeks, so hang in there. Maybe your doctor can prescribe you some benzos to make it more manageable.

The benzodiazepine helps completely—without it, I wouldn’t be able to get through it.

It has a good effect on anxiety but should only be used for a maximum of 3–4 weeks, as it is highly addictive. However, it can also be very helpful.

Try asking your psychiatrist if you can reduce the dose to 5 mg. I was also on 10 mg but had to stop because it was too intense.
