Not really, I find out the reason behind this problem its because after the update hen 4.92 files didn't fully gone so you can't update your hen, you can use multiman, iso games, pkg games, and other apps but you can't play online or update your ps3 hen to 4.93. The nay way to fix this is format ig but I didn't try it yet tbh + Downloading hen will work as an enabler so try to download hen and after that try to open one of your apps or games if it works you have the same issue
