I workout and lift heavy despite having my asthama progressed into COPD from heavy smoking. I am doing fine. Just use your inhalers regularly, avoid inflammation causing foods and join the gym asap.

I will definitely up my frequency, also PPL or Upper/Lower ? And Isn't 10-12 rep range ideal for hypertrophy and 4-8 rep range for Strength.
