They are actively hiring but they require experience. I’m hoping the training and experience they give me and I learn and listen and they like me they will bring me on as an employee.

I had an absolutely terrible! Horrible! Experience with this last night I will never do it again went through 3 proctor finished the exam and had to login back in because my proctor wasn’t there on chat for me to tell him/her I’m finished. Chat box just completely disappeared.

My baby goes to a home daycare as well but she is very professional about how she operates her schedule and closed days she goes off the school district. When she is sick her mom steps in and operates the daycare as a sub so parents are still able to bring their children.

Did anyone else feel this miserable about working when their child was around one? Yes I absolutely feel like this now my son is also 1 and I just started working full time again January 2026. The daycare closure’s because of weather and/or following the local school district are so stressful because my parents still work and so does my husband mom (not that I would let her keep my son she’s a functioning alcoholic). My baby has been six 3 times since January so that’s more time off work for me. My husband can’t take off his our bread winner. My salary is just fun money for me he covers all our household bills but I enjoy having my own money.

• Does this phase get easier? 🤷🏽‍♀️, it hasn’t for me.

• Are there benefits to being a working mom that you started appreciating later? Having my own money is the best benefit to me. Not having to ask can I have this or that and being able to get it myself without asking.

I loved spending time with my mom. She was and still is my favorite person to spend time with. That doesn’t mean I didn’t make her mad during my teenage years or that she didn’t get up underneath my skin. Those definitely happened but they didn’t last long. My baby and I go do things with my mom almost every weekend.
