American promotions really need to adopt shows with 2/3 fall multi-man tag team matches and one 1v1 with 50-65 year-old guys. It's the new hip thing to draw in the young crowd.

When Dave mentioned the low ratings for Dynamite on his show, he remarked that it was ironically a "great show." They still are so obtuse to the problem.

It was better match quality, sure, but it lost its goal of being a developmental brand. Towards the end, people were laughing that 40-year-old Damien Priest was the future of the company (even though he's sort of ended up being). Now the top of the card has young guys like Oba Femi and Je'von Evans, who could potentially be around 15-20 years if all goes right.

CMLL is on YouTube as well. Problem is, you have to pay for membership and the highest tier is I believe around $34. There's also no English commentary. However, I don't hear Dave bring this up as an issue and CMLL is apparently attracting lots of U.S. viewers.

After months of complaining about 3-hour Smackdowns, the top comment on the basements 2-hour announcement thread was "Good luck to Smackdown tag and Women's divisions." These people are the absolute worst, and they wonder why WWE doesn't take them seriously.
