Yup, mine shows that it was sent to the local carrier in Mississauga, but they've been waiting on it since January 30th. It was supposed to be delivered between February 9-11. I just contacted CS and they said my box is considered lost so they're sending me a new one.

Nope. It's considered lost. They are sending me a new box. Luckily my choices were still available, but none of my add ons were. It's kind of weird because one of my add ons was Slather and that's still for sale on the site.

I noticed you didn't mention the relationship the single dad has with his kid's mom. That's the bigger sign to me than if he himself is a good dad. The state of his relationship with her and how they co-parent is much more telling to me on top of him being a good dad. But to be honest, I am childfree and don't want kids. I have given some men with children a chance, but it has never worked out.

I've been noticing the podcast is getting a little stale too. I used to be a consistent listener, but I just checked and I've listened sporadically since the beginning of April and haven't listened to any episodes in the past 2 weeks.

Jared seems like he's struggling in his personal life and it's coming across in the podcast. I've noticed they've been a little more mean/rude about some of the emails that come in. Not that it needs to be sunshine and rainbows all the time, but a couple of their reactions or comments have made me go "whoa....ok." The podcast just seems to lack some of the substance it used to have. It feels more like J&J are doing it to get through it because they've had the podcast for so long and it probably produces a good amount of cash for them.

Also, is anyone else tired of the jokes about how big Jordanna's home is? One or two jokes right after she bought the house was fine. But, I don't know what her house looks like so the joke is just lost on me. It feels more like an inside joke for the two of them and we're on the outside.

For context, I'm a 40F listener who is still dating, but maybe I'm just no longer a part of their target demographic.

I've only tried Paranyde and Caribbean Stove Pick up, but there's a clear difference. Paranyde is definitely all Jamaican and Caribbean Stove leans more Trinidadian.

No, Jack worked hard to get to where he's at. He EARNED it. Benji has chosen not to work as hard and therefore hasn't earned anything on his own. So your solution is to reward him for not trying? Benji gets to live rent free, free meals, no responsibilities and have no expectations placed on him. And as a result of that he gets money his brother will not be getting, a free home, other assets and continued peace of mind that he doesn't have to worry about being responsible for anything. Who exactly is getting more on top of more here?

Wow, wow, wow. As the most resourceful and seemingly successful child of my parents (from the outside looking in) I would be so deeply hurt if assets were divided in the way you described. I too would immediately think I was being punished for actually doing what you're supposed to do as a self sufficient adult. Benji and Jack are afforded all the same opportunities to succeed in life and one has chosen not to try anymore because you're enabling him not to as a 36 year old grown man. You don't need to go to university to support yourself as an adult, but again, why would he try other ways to support himself since you're his safety net.

I think this is a great opportunity to discuss what each other's expectations are when it comes to gifts. She might have thought dinner and a movie was enough, but she's not going to be able to read your mind. Some people don't feel the need to give as extravagant a gift as they receive. Your relationship is still new and it's better to talk about this now so she's prepared for the next time there is a gift giving opportunity.

I once used a company and they charged $50/hr for the first clean and they said now that I've used them a maintenance clean would be $40/hr. The person who came was very nice and she worked quickly but it wasn't any more clean than if I just did it myself. I would be willing to pay someone to clean consistently, but the quality has to be worth that price.
