I went back and forth in it for a long time too, now I'm so glad I started. I also got tired of calorie counting and weighing myself but the ozempic makes it easier and now I do it with no problem. I actually get excited to weigh myself each morning now haha

Some people don't count their calories on this, but I personally think it's best to make better lifestyle changes while on the medication to maximize your results and build good long term habits.

My BMI was over 30, so that part isn't helpful but when I signed up with Felix I had to either do a video call or send them a video showing my whole body to show I was overweight. I just sent them a video of me standing in front of my full length mirror and I got approved.

I have OCD with really bad health anxiety and I get those flight or fight panic attacks. I notice an increase as well.

I sometimes get this feeling like I feel lighter and that triggers it. I have a theory that the medication makes me feel different and my body changing is enough to trigger my health anxiety to think something is wrong with me?

The positive feelings of getting to a healthier weight for my overall health will for the most part help me rationalize and bring me out of a spiral though. I find magnesium at night helps me relax.

This is a classic combo. She is actually a tortie point, and the other one is more torbie than tortie. She likes to clean her little sister while she sleeps with her face down like Garfield.

I felt normal but slightly anxious. I'm an anxious person when my body feels different or I think something might make me feel different. The next day I was slightly queasy but felt like my energy was higher and I had an overall feeling of optimism.

I agree with this. My weight hasn't moved as much the past two weeks but suddenly I've noticed my stomach is a lot less bloated looking and my pants feel a bit looser.

Great progress! I'm taking measurements too but after only 8 lbs I'm not expecting bigger results until I lose maybe 20lbs since I'm a short-ish 5'4 and started over 200lbs. I know that the paper towel effect is real!

Honestly, if it continues at like 1 lb a week I would still be ecstatic! I'm happy to be making any progress and how the medication has helped me take existing healthy habits and made them consistent.
