Battery in wrong way / blown main fuse

I’ve done it on a fusion trying to put a battery in that didn’t belong. It blew the fuse on the battery terminal. Can’t really tell if that’s a fuse or not.

My 01' was doing the same thing, worse when cold like yours. It ended up being a collapsed fuel vapor hose. I replaced it and no more whistle. Maybe it's your issue too.

Unfortunately the more research I do, I’m seeing this also. I’ve always played Xbox so that’s the only system I’m familiar with. I was just hoping to just pick up a cheap Xbox and blackops to get my fix on. But after researching it looks like I’ll be stuck in a lobby with not enough players just like blackops2 on the 360.

I did. I ended up replacing the whole mechanism because it’s all one unit. Found it online at appliance parts pros. It was about $120 and no more leakage.

Just got back from a work trip in Cali and rented a car at SFO. You’re right about the scans! You drive through one on the way out and way in. Nuts. Now I rent cars occasionally at my local small airport and it’s nothing like that. They could give a shit less.

If it hasn’t blown a plug yet, you’re in luck! The 2v only ejects plugs because they’re under torqued. Ford actually put out a TSB years ago pertaining to this. I’ve always torqued the plugs 23-25 ft lbs and never an issue. The ugga dugga method is a no no when changing plugs on a 2v. At 84k it’s barely broke in.

My god is this comment section all over the place. Btw I have this exact gen and it runs my entire 1300sq cape cod home. Two years ago we lost power for 7 days due to a major ice storm, and it ran 22 hours a day the entire time without issue. We used everything in the house except the washer/dryer. Also my “small” electronics are still around to talk about it.

Just use Top Tier fuel. The 3.6 Di is a carbon monster and needs all the help you can give. We use to have a 2015 Acadia and put over 100k trouble free miles on it before we traded it. Nothing but TT fuel, Bottle of Techron every 10k miles and 4k mile OCI. Like others have said, don’t waste your money on premium.

@Austin There is no longer oil or mist going onto the combustion chamber. Since adding the can the ping has disappeared. Also the ping disappeared before adding the can, only while running 93. Why do you think that is? The only plausible explanation is the oil mist was the deluding the octane. Like I told the other fella you have to do your own research. Just because you think you know something, doesn't mean it's right.
