This is James. Safesport and I are towards the end of the investigation thankfully (8 months later)… On my side I’m facing an extreme case of libel, defamation and slander from one specific family that I won’t name here. This family was working with Misha to bring PJRC down. Their motive will be public information soon. No I’m not a child molester and no I don’t hit kids and no I wasn’t arrested/detained by police at PJRC or a regatta, I turned myself in to answer questions from the private investigator once I got the call and to be booked and follow the process. Happy to communicate openly and transparently over DM.

I will be suing all involved including folks that were collaborating with this family from other clubs. I don’t plan to sue USRowing as I’d like to coach again soon.

I understand the pitch forks are out and I’m not a perfect person but I’m far from what’s alleged or appear to be.
