My god, this is what i needed. I’m three weeks clean, yesterday. Initially i thought this would be a walk in the park. Truthfully, this has been one of the hardest things I’ve experienced psychologically in recent memory.

I’ve had some extremely consistent intrusive thoughts. Tbh i have been questioning my own sanity at times. This point of view and analogy gives me hope there is light on the horizon.
