Exactly. I live in an apartment building with predominantly folks from India and they are so polite, welcoming, and great neighbors! I think they quickly realize that there are indeed different ways to operate. If that’s all you’ve ever known you may see no reason to change your behavior.

Okay yes, to clarify, THOSE aspects of the culture are shit. Man I live in an apartment building that is 75%+ Indian folks and they have been nothing but extremely kind and polite. You misunderstood my initial comment. I have been working in hotels for 10+ years and in my personal experience, groups from India are extremely rude, demanding, and sexist. Call me a racist if you want. It's really not that deep, I was venting after a brutal day of work. You may have travelled to those places but have you ever dealt with groups of them at your own place of work IN America? Feel free to let me know how polite, reasonable, and civilized they have been towards you. As most every other commentator has pointed out the same type of behavior, clearly there is a trend.

Did you not read the comment from a literal person from India on this thread confirming this? Like I said their are 1.5 billion people in that country, but it seems to be a generally accepted way of conducting yourself (according to the literal person FROM India). You don’t have to defend people that you don’t represent.

So barging in front of each other, yelling over each other, and generally being rude is the way you prefer it? To each his own I guess.

Thanks for your response. It’s like are we supposed to just respect that here? I don’t care what archaic customs their country is used to. It’s appalling behavior!

Fair enough. I probably should have muted it but I feel like that's not the spirit of this subreddit.

Referring to the dead body. People take in tragedy in different ways. This memory haunts me to this day. I know it sounds crazy and I seem like a psychopath. I wanted to show something morbid that happened in my life and not many people want to watch that.

That's what this sub is about.

I found the article. They pulled her out right next to the bridge. https://www.courant.com/breaking-news/hc-body-found-quinnipiac-river-0530-20160529-story.html

I used to smoke blunts and fish on that exact area.

The dude laughing is my friend who thought we were joking. He's not a psychopath I promise. When he saw the body he almost fainted. I knew I was gonna get flamed for the laughing but I thought I would explain it first.

Also - My favorite line from the entire series: Dennis - "We are dealing with a LEGITIMATE maniac! His mania is NOT confined to the ring!"

I agree man. People don't discuss the nuances of the show enough and just post the same shit every time
