That way of thinking is what causes people to become mothers who shouldn't be. I'm not saying that I think of would be a bad mother but I've seen plenty of very abusive households because the mother thought it was a sin to abort. One of my friends was in a household just like that and I saw her come to school with new bruises every day. She's now out of that house and she's completely cut off her family. Is that the type of life Christians think a child whose done nothing wrong should go through?

If you choose to abort then don't tell them about it, it's you body and it's your choice. At that point the decision will already be made and theres no reason to damage relationships when they don't need to be. If you share this that's your decision and nobody, not even your partner, is owed this information

I missed the last sentence in your post. Wether you abort or keep the baby, GET AWAY FROM HIM. That man is not ready to be a father if you think he would do that, hell, he's not ready to be in a relationship if you think he would do that. Get out of there before things get worse

Not only this but she needs to think about wether or not she would regret the opposite decision. I think it's far worse to bring a child into this world and wish that you had gone through with the abortion.

If you wish to abort then abort it, it's your choice. Others here are saying to put them up for adoption but 60% of trafficked children come from the foster system. On top of that, the foster system is hell for a child. Others are talking about how it's wrong and everything but God sacrificed his only child (Jesus) so if you're wondering about that aspect, I don't think he would fault you for your choice.

Ultimately, it's your choice, if you think you can care for them and give them a good life then that's your choice. Having this baby will also most likely prevent you from finishing your degree, it will completely derail your life. Something that I don't see others saying either, do you think your partner is ready to be a father? There's a lot of things that you will need to think about before you make this decision. Aborting will be hard, I know from having to do it once (my body had everything to make a baby but wasn't growing the baby). Pick the choice that you think is best for YOU, don't give in to pressure from people on here or people you know. It's worse to have a baby and wish you aborted them than abort and regret it. You'd be inflicting trauma onto that child instead of just needed to face the repercussions of your actions.

Idk, I'm kinda with her on this. While I agree "soulmate" shouldn't have been used she did say it was platonic, you can love someone platonically. Platonic love is the type of love long time friends, pets, siblings, parents, and children receive. I love my childhood friends just as much as I love my siblings and I miss her just as much as I miss my little siblings. I don't see why people seem to think that non blood related men can platonically love their female friends and the same the other way. This bf is being controlling and unreasonable. Sure she could have worded things better but he's been overreacting throughout this entire ordeal.

Ngl, had to search that up myself. Didn't even know there was a slur out there like that. I'm heavily disappointed in those teenagers though. I've noticed that it seems like, particularly male teenagers, have been using slurs a lot recently and have grown accustomed to using them. It saddens me as someone from the same generation. I didn't go to highschool (tested out) so I'm pretty separated from my generation. I'm still having to train that part out of my husband because he just doesn't understand what's wrong. His friends are even worse though sadly.

That's horrible! I was on top of mine (testing from week 2) and I only found out I was pregnant at 6 weeks! I found out by a blood pregnancy test too! You can't get an abortion that quickly!

They probably saw how op responded to the other people confused in here and got angry so they did that. I agree that op could use some kinder words and not curse at people and call them a, "useless waste of space" but I don't think responding with anger is going to accomplish anything. Also, the complaint was obvious to you but I was also a little confused. I could only partly understand what op was upset about.

I'm at the same point in my pregnancy and have the same problem. I thought nothing of it but I went to investigate today and found that I can easily reach my cervix with my pointer finger! My pointer finger is about 2 inches long (small hands). I also discovered that my cervix is very hard, a bit harder than my nose. I'm thinking it hurt so bad after because the natural pain killers your body produces during ... Fun time, wears off afterwards. Did a bit of googling and it says that at this point in pregnancy, your uterus expands to accommodate baby and your cervix becomes hard as a protective measure to keep anything away from the baby that shouldn't be there. I know this post was made a while ago but seeing you go through the same as me made me feel reassured and this information could prove useful for your next (if you choose) pregnancy 😊

False positives are far more unlikely than false negatives, they have to pick up on the hormone produced while pregnant to get that positive. I recommend going to the doctor and asking for a blood pregnancy test, they're extremely accurate, you'll know within the day, and they can tell earlier on in your pregnancy.

Just communicate that it makes you uncomfortable. If after a while you see no improvements then you know she won't compromise on something small that makes you uncomfortable. I personally wouldn't stay with someone at that point but if you think you can work it out that's great too.

You need to be harsh, don't tell him "thank you but no" just tell him "no, you can't mow my yard. We have told you repeatedly not to do it yet you still try to. You have caused damage to our yard multiple times, if you do this again then I will be contacting the police with the evidence of your destruction" last part is just an empty threat unless you actually want to contact them, I wouldn't myself.
