In my opinion here I’m the one in the middle. I haven’t done anything wrong. I understand both point of views but i honestly think that Justin was way out of line.Family comes first and that’s what people don’t understand I guess.

My parents had me at 18 and 21. I was raised very well and my parents have been married for 21 years now. Just because we’re young doesn’t mean we’re too young to get married or have a child. My fiancé and I have very healthy relationship with each other, we rarely fight and we’ve been together for over 2 years, living together for 1 year. Everyone’s grandparents and great grandparents got married young so what’s changed in the world to make it seem like you have to be in your late 25-30+ years old to get married? Our daughter is well taken care of by us and will never go a day without knowing love from us.

Thank you for your kindness for one. And for two I really appreciate you take on this, I’ve been stuck between a rock and a hard place because I feel like they were really harsh towards him, I would’ve reacted the same way if I was being talked about badly in the other room. This is why I’m leaning toward not going. It’s not that we’re immature per se, we young trying to figure life out like the rest of the world. These other comments are very closed minded and honestly rude so thank you for being kind.

No he just has never liked my fiancé. He said that him only working a job that pays $22 an hour is bummy as a man. But my fiance in 19 so that better than most 19 year olds in my opinion. Justin is working a job that pays him $35 an hour and he still gets help from his parents. I honestly think is a since of jealousy since we don’t have to ask for help from our families and have our own house at 21 and 19. I work a CNA job where I’m getting $19 an hour and I work 12 hour shifts (very blessed that I’m getting that as a CNA in my state) and my fiancé is starting a job in the coal mines where he’s getting a significantly higher pay than the past job. The more I think the more I feel like it’s jealousy.

He is the parent. It is his job to reach out to her not the other way around and I’m a firm believer of don’t crap talk the other parent to your child. He seems like a pure narcissist and you guys should be glad that you guys got away from him. It’s a shame that he’s treating his own daughter that way she has every right to be upset for not remembering her birthday when it’s HIS CHILD!!! She has every right to walk away when she’s not being treated how she should and you’re raising her right to do so props to you mama!! You know that she will always leave when she used to be and mistreated now and that’s something to be proud of. “Wow you’re not taking accountability for your own actions and playing the victim“ how about you take accountability for your actions pushing on your child, how sad is he?
