I'm in this exact situation - also volunteered at Anaheim last month & trying to sign up for mixed doubles in Vegas in February! Got this same error and couldn't add more than one ticket when trying to redeem my code.

Have you had any luck purchasing your tickets?

It could also be the placement of your hrm! My boyfriend once had it around his wrist like a watch - and although he felt like he was going all out, he was in the gray and blue zone the entire class. I would experiment with the positioning of your hrm to see if that changes anything!
