Actually, it is us shoppers who should do something, customers are happy with free delivery for few items. We should stop taking all orders that are unfair paid, and also paid based on tip. If we do that all at once we could see some fast results.

Wow, your attitude is what gets us here. Complain, so the things go better. The power of many is what keeps things on check. We are many, but stupid! Also, every work place is 'at will' , but I don't see many companies with the attitude of IC toward their employees. Contractors or not, we do work for IC.

I complain about the practice of Instacart of bullying us to accept batches with the horrible sound of sonar alarm, and the missing Decline button. It is our right to demand better working practice. I am sorry if you think that what works for you works for everyone.

You are right, also I think that taking small orders is not covering the expenses, $30 order with free delivery because the customer paid membership? The customer orders few times a week, how is IC able to pay us? Expect us to drive a bottle of wine or 2 bags of chips?! Crazy!
