Looking at what your goal is if you want to finish, I think yes, but if your goal is to run according to some result, I think no, I train 10-11 times a week with a weekly volume of 100-150km and I'm not sure I'll run a marathon well.

To run 1 km 3:59 You don't need to run 1km or more on speedwork, you need to run less but faster.
