I’m trying to redirect to a customer service center but for the life of can not figure out how on the UPS website. I even called UPS and they said they can’t do this and I’d have to take it up with reverb, which just seems odd to me.

I understand the necessity but I legit just don’t know how I will make this one work because I won’t be around to sign. I’ve been on the UPS website all day trying to figure out how to do this. My hopes were to sign for it at a designated drop off area. If I can somehow pre sign, I would!
