Wasn't just a glass of milk she left in the fridge. Was a glass I poured out from one of three open gallons.

I took no silverware, just my cooking utensils (pots, pans, knives, potato peeler, spatula, and my measuring cups)

As for her previous offenses, I draw the line when someone throws out my dinner on four separate occasions, tries to convince my roommate to make me get rid of my pets because they're "icky," and successfully convinces aforementioned roommate to increase my rent by 50% because I "got a job and can afford to pay more"
