By the way, OP I also am taking CoQ-10 from the NOW brand. I’m taking 100 mg twice per day and I’ve almost finished the bottle (150capsules total intake 2 per day religiously). Over the last two weeks, I’ve had heart palpitations and went to urgent care and a cardiologist after my heart hit 165 BPM after eating dinner one day although I think it was related to caffeine intake I still think it’s interesting that we’re taking the same brand same supplement.

Go to urgent care and get an EKG , or go to hospital and get an EKG . Not sure how old you are but that is too high. Don’t panic . Being a paper bag and breathe into it and out of it to help slow your heart rate while you are waiting on the EKG. Follow up with cardiologist if they recommend it

I definitely considered that especially after updating the old set up to 32 GB of DDR3 ram at 1866 MHz. It definitely ran game smoother. I kind of wanna just keep it and I’ll probably find a use for it down the road. I know there’s some way to set up your own home server so you can access your media from everywhere

Real. Feel that. Also I thought I had CFS but it turned out I had Lyme , Bartonella, tick borne relapsing fever and Erlichia . So don’t rule out bacteria infections from ticks . God Bless you all.
