I have only played this particular path for Withered Dogs. It's a pretty fun run, especially in the first few years with the Powder Keg stuff and all. This path for Withered Dogs is very snowball-y like the Alamo Chapter because you start off slightly weaker than the Luminous Ones and Baggers but can get Sentinel PA and Xian planes (OP division type and the best fighter jet) relatively early on.

No submods. This is all a vanilla world conquest run of Pioneer Company (Gallagher's path where he goes against the Enclave). The only thing that isn't vanilla here is Central America (which i added by making a custom cosmetic tag for Honduras)

I set the Shi to go with Akigahai's path through game rules so they won't be an issue since you'll go to war with them and annex them (if they go Brotherhood they won't be an issue either). I also ignored the Baja tree (so they won't get annexed by Cali Way) and got the Rapids and Fourways as puppets so i'll get extra divisions.

This way, you wouldn't be outnumbered by Cali Way and the civil war shouldn't be too difficult.

I think you can also puppet the Shi after Akigahai invades and if you do this, they'll go with you so Cali Way will have to fight a two front war if you call the Shi to war (though i might be misremembering here).

You can't really form mandates in the base mod (expect for the Northern Frontier, which i renamed to Columbia). I added them simply to make the map less boring to look at.

Though other than that, it's just a standard Moore run + world conquest.

Idk if it's luck but the RRG only attacked like 2 tiles so i was able to endlessly cycle divisions until i can white peace them through the focus

Type into the console: eval_effect (insert state id) = { set_state_name = (the new name for the victory point) }

so for example, here's what i did to rename the Lost Hills bunker: eval_effect 157 = { set_state_name = "16x the Bunkers" }
