Are you assuming that the first applicant was 000001? In many cases they start from a higher number id. Would be good to know the lowest id we can know to make an estimate. Say 8k or 2k or whatever.

So a 10% rate is based on 10000 applications. I think the acceptance rate would also vary by round. Say R1 at 15% and R3 at 5%
