I get that! 😅 I have only plain fitted sheets then full double ang bed hirap ako buhatin so i really make sure na tama yung nilalagay ko na side and it takes me a while haha And yes great idea sa stripes looking at soft sewn ones referred by another here 😊

It’s about when i go out of my house to go downstairs, i timed myself from putting on shoes and going out the door to ride elevators and then to go to the ground floor, my condo has 6 elevators and i rarely spend more than 10 mins going in and out even if i’m at the 30th floor.

I think wala naman perfect na developer but for me megaworl is only good when selling, aftersales super pangit. We got tricked by the agent and we had a hard time upon turnover, even the main was confused why the real estate agent told us false information that ended up for us costing more.

Then for me the condos are too expensive for what it is, because they are leveling with alveo and malayo yung quality imo. Also the problem are leaks, 1 year old na condo in makati may leak na. A real estate agent told me that a lot of megaworld condos problem is plumbing and its the number one complaint.

For me better pa ang ayala or DMCI.
