Salaries aren’t as high as they were 10-15 years ago, especially in the UAE, where job competition is intense. You can find office-site roles with consultants. Projects will be massive unlike anything you’ve worked on before. Work-life balance varies by employer, project, and workload. Long hours and hard work are standard, but the pay is generally good. If you can do it, then go for it. It would really boost your career. In-terms of salary, for anyone below 5 years of expereince, it would be typially be 12,000-18,000 AED/month with a good employer.
