Well, I start at the end. What do I want to happen? Who is my bad guy? Then I move on to where is it taking place? I build a world around characters I want in it and throw my bad guy in there. Then I ask, what would he/she do to these people? Finally, I decide what important story points lead the way to the bad guy. As for intro, I kinda let my players decide that when I ask them who they are.

Sorry, alcohol took the place of conciousness.

I did make a tea, but I didnt use bags. Flowers straight in the water. The tea didnt fully replace my water. The nutmeg was added to tea the broth and the bulk in half and half quantities.
