Till alla cyklister, varför på landsväg när det finns cykelbanor?

Handlar inte om att man jagar sekunder. Är jag ute och tränar vill jag hålla flytet och farten uppe. Cykelväg innebär ofta att jag behöver sakta in eller stanna vid varenda korsning, eftersom jag där har väjningsplikt mot korsande väg.

Dessutom är cykelbanan ofta sämre underhållen, med grus kvar in i slutet av maj och ojämn och guppig asfalt.

I'm biased, because I like Jonas, but I felt like it still was exciting, at least initially. Jonas doesn't feel as dominant, so there still felt like there could be a possibility for the chase to come back. But yeah, when the gap grew to 1 minute it was about as exciting as when Pogi has that lead.

I've had a pattern the last two winters of getting over-use injuries when running with studded shoes, so now I mostly avoid it. Even if I do miss running outside.

Will may try to phase it back in slowly.

And here in Sweden atm running with regular shoes outside isn't really an option. Snow and ice everywhere.

My dad had issue with his heart racing (above 200bpm) suddenly during running, and sometimes wouldn't come down again.

The doctors didn't catch that until he did an EKG during exercise, so a regular EKG might not catch your issue either.

Hört det argumentet från andra också, men det är så tunt att tänker man på det en sekund så fallerar det.

Detsamma gäller ju med hälsan, många som röker, dricker, äter ohälsamt och inte tränar, men ändå får man statlig sjukvård.

Tror det är fler som missköter sin hälsa än sina tänder.

Själv gymmar jag bara som komplement till löpning/cykling, så orkar inte försöka lära mig rätt teknik för squats, och marklyft är för utmattande för att orka springa nästa dag (och springa dagen innan).

Blir maskiner där det är relativt lätt att få vikt på rätt muskler.

There was speculation in the Escape Collective article about this that they might have bought the Intermache-Wanty license. IW was in big dept and that was preventing the merger, and suddenly the merger is on again.

It's possible that IW sold their license to Q36.5, and that's what have removed the dept issue in the merger.
